Abhee Ventures is looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with years of experience, preferably from a reputed real estate builder group. We are seeking candidates who can join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review quantity take-offs for MEP works
- Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control
- Evaluate contractor bills, variations, and final accounts
- Conduct rate analysis and cost estimation for MEP services
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
- Monitor project progress and ensure cost efficiency
- Handle tendering, contract administration, and vendor negotiations

Requirements

- Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying
- Prior experience with a real estate developer/builder group is mandatory




- Robust knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting)
- Proficiency in quantity surveying tools and MS Excel
- Good understanding of contracts and commercial aspects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
