Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
- Coordinate with various departments (HR, Purchase, Quality) for smooth operations.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks by monitoring work schedules and allocating resources effectively.
- Oversee daily shop floor activities to maintain productivity and efficiency.
- Develop strategies to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-13 years of experience in Production Management or related field.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Robust knowledge of Production Engineering, Production Management, Production Operations, Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, Production Supervising, Shop Floor Control.
