The Site Lead will oversee end to end project management, electrical and civil execution, testing, and commissioning of a 30 MW Solar PV project. This role requires strong execution expertise, proven ability to manage sub contractors, enforce QHSE compliance, and act as the primary on site interface for EPC clients and owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management : Drive site level execution schedules, resource planning, material reconciliation, bottleneck resolution, and progress reporting.
- Client Stakeholder Management : Act as the main site contact for EPC clients; lead site walks, address technical/commercial queries, manage inspections, and secure milestone approvals.
- Site Execution : Supervise electrical and civil installations including DC cabling, inverter setup, SMB/SCB mounting, SACU/Data Loggers, pooling substation erection, and transmission line commissioning.
- QHSE Compliance : Implement safety audits, tool box talks, PPE usage, and ensure zero incident compliance during commissioning.
- Liaison Approvals : Coordinate with design teams, consultants, MSEDCL/MSETCL officials, CEI inspectors, and local authorities for statutory approvals and grid synchronization.

Core Technical Competencies





- On Site Deployment : Expertise in loop cabling layouts, DC/AC termination quality, crimping/torque checks, string megger testing, Voc measurements, and I V curve profiling.
- Substation Erection : Experience in offloading, positioning, and assembling heavy switchyard equipment (33 kV transformers, VCBs, CT/PT structures, control panels).
- Pre Commissioning : Skilled in physical testing protocols and communication loop checks between inverters, SACUs, and SCADA systems.

General Requirements

- Proven track record of executing at least one 20 MW+ utility scale solar project from ground breaking to commissioning.
- Solid project management skills in scheduling, cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation.
- Excellent client facing, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- PMP certification preferred.
