Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive lectures and conduct interactive sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in ophthalmology.

• Mentor and guide students in clinical skills, ensuring they gain hands-on experience in diagnosing and treating eye conditions

. • Conduct and supervise research projects, contributing to the advancement of ophthalmological knowledge and practices.

• Provide clinical services, including emergency support, in the ophthalmology department, ensuring high standards of patient care

. • Develop and update course curricula to align with the latest advancements and guidelines in ophthalmology.

• Participate in academic administration, including examination preparation, evaluation, and student assessments

. • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and academic records to support educational and research activities

. • Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to promote interdisciplinary learning and research initiatives.

Qualification

MBBS MD/MS/DNB in Ophthalmology
