Facility Operations

- Manage end-to-end facility operations to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across the assigned facility.
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure all support services are delivered as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational excellence.
- Ensure optimal functionality, cleanliness, and upkeep of all facility infrastructure and utilities.

Technical & Maintenance Management

- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of all technical assets and utilities.
- Ensure high availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, DG sets, compressed air systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Coordinate Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and monitor vendor performance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Ensure adherence to OEM maintenance schedules and effective asset lifecycle management.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment reliability, and downtime to drive operational efficiency.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all facility-related matters.
- Understand client operational requirements and ensure timely resolution of service requests and complaints.
- Conduct periodic client review meetings and present operational performance, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
- Maintain solid stakeholder relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Vendor & Contract Management

- Manage contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.




- Monitor vendor performance against defined SLAs and KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
- Verify quality of work, service delivery, statutory compliance, and billing documentation.
- Ensure timely renewal and effective management of service contracts and AMCs.

Compliance & Safety

- Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory regulations, EHS standards, and company policies.
- Lead safety inspections, risk assessments, mock drills, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure emergency preparedness and coordinate incident response during emergencies.
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, audits, and continuous monitoring.

Budget & Cost Control

- Prepare, monitor, and control operational and maintenance budgets.
- Optimize operational expenditure without compromising service quality.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements and resource optimization.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Maintain maintenance records, audit reports, statutory compliance records, and asset documentation.
- Prepare client review presentations and operational performance reports.
- Analyze operational data and recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, asset reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices in facility management, preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and asset management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, technology adoption, and operational excellence.
