About The Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and growth-oriented Category Demand Manager to join the FirstClub team. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, category performance, and overall business impact for assigned product categories.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, buying, supply chain, product, and tech to improve category performance, optimize customer experience, and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.

What Youll Do

- Drive daily, monthly, and quarterly revenue targets for assigned product categories and sub-categories

- Monitor and improve key business metrics including GMV, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and repeat purchase rates

- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, market trends, and customer demand patterns

- Design and execute promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, and category activations to drive sales growth

- Manage promotional budgets effectively while balancing profitability and growth objectives

- Collaborate with brands and internal teams to improve product content quality and representation

- Analyze competitor offerings and customer demand to recommend the optimal product assortment

- Curate category landing pages, themed collections, and merchandising initiatives to improve customer engagement





- Partner with the marketing team on campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media activations

- Coordinate with Buying, Supply Chain, Product, and Operations teams to resolve operational challenges efficiently

- Use analytics tools and dashboards to generate insights, prepare reports, and present recommendations to leadership

What Were Looking for

- 2 to 3 years of experience in Category Demand Management, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Business Analytics, or related roles within retail or marketplace platforms

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets

- Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting dashboards

- Good understanding of e-commerce metrics including GMV, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and traffic performance

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously in a rapid-paced environment

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to convert insights into actionable business strategies

- Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Commerce, or a related field preferred
