Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Finance Expertise:

- Demonstrate solid functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including - Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expenses and Tax
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Finance solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Implementation Project Leadership
- Deliver 2 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations as a functional lead.

Drive all phases of the implementation lifecycle:

- Perform business process mapping, gap analysis, and creation of detailed functional design documentation.
- Provide leadership for onshore/offshore delivery teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and on time delivery.
- Handle direct client interactions, requirements gathering, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Technical Functional Deliverables:

- Lead functional design for: BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Dashboards, Oracle BPM workflows, Smart View integrations, Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Data conversions, Interfaces integrations with third party systems
- Support data migration strategy, mapping, validation, and reconciliation across multiple implementation cycles.
- Apply methodologies such as Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or other structured implementation frameworks.

Testing Quality Assurance





- Execute and oversee end-to-end testing of all finance business processes.
- Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and validation checklists ensuring compliance with business and audit requirements.

- 7 10 years experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
- Successful delivery of multiple Oracle Cloud Finance implementations.
- Preferred Certifications (Added as per your request)
- Oracle Cloud Finance Certifications
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Professional (latest release)
- Oracle Fusion Financials: Payables/Receivables/GL Certification
- Oracle Financials Cloud: Enterprise Structures or Accounting Hub Certification
- Oracle Cloud Expense/Tax or Cash Management Specialist Certifications
- AI Analytics Certifications
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI Foundations Certification
