About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chartered Accountant for Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) function for our manufacturing operations in West Africa. Key Responsibilities FP&A; Leadership

- Lead and manage the entire FP&A; function including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
- Build and maintain robust financial models to support manufacturing operations and business expansion
- Analyze cost structures, plant performance, and operational efficiency
- Deliver variance analysis and actionable insights to leadership

Manufacturing Finance

- Drive plant-level financial planning and cost control mechanisms
- Analyze production costs, inventory, and working capital efficiency
- Ensure accurate product costing and margin analysis
- Partner with plant and operations teams for performance improvement

Business Partnering

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making
- Identify business risks and opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives, capex planning, and profitability improvement

Financial Controls & Compliance

- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to financial policies
- Support audits and regulatory compliance

Reporting & Stakeholder Management





- Present financial performance to senior leadership and global teams
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of experience
- Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry
- Strong expertise in FP&A;, costing, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Proven experience handling plant finance or manufacturing operations
- Stable career track record (preferred: longer tenures, no frequent job changes)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments
