Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing comprehensive reports, including economic diversification, community needs, and socio-economic profiles.
- Collaborate with local and national government agencies, academic institutions, and civil society organizations to ensure the technical support program findings are integrated into official planning documents.
- Work closely with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.
- Act as a point of contact between partnered organizations and ensure day to day administrative tasks are performed on time.
- Coordinate meetings and check & troubleshoot problems as they arise.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the proposed solutions, providing feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Represent the organization in workshops, meetings, and other platforms as required.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Rural Development/ Management, Economics,



or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in public policy, socio-economic research, or community development, experience of closely working with local administration in areas of health, education and livelihood.

Budget for this position is upto Rs. 55,000 /- Per Month .
