Role & responsibilities:

1. To maintain the payroll system & responsible for monthly payroll processing for SEW India.

2. Responsible & to maintain attendance & leave management system for SEW India.

3. Responsible for employees full & final settlement process & to complete the F&F; within agreed timeline.

4. Responsible to collect, verify and release employees FPA claims in coordination with Corporate Manager-TM (LTA, Corporate attire, Driver salary & Telephone allowance).

5. To prepare data to finance for employee productivity allowance, bonus & incentive payment

6. To co-ordinate with finance for Internal/External audit related to payroll

7. Maintaining and updating all HR related documents in Drive hub

8. Maintain & update employee details in SEW India HRMIS database

9. Codifying and maintaining all HR processes related to the above areas

10. Responsible to maintain documents and records as per QMS of the company for the above HR process

11. Update Training data in myHR learning management system.

12. Responsible to enroll/, online training program as per defined training matrix in myHR learning management system.

Requirement:

Position Type

- Temporary employment for 1 year.
- Staff Category position (not a blue-collar or shop-floor role).

Qualification

- Any undergraduate degree. Candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 are eligible.

Experience

- 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar field within the engineering industry, preferably handling: Payroll activities & Training coordination
- Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Required Skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook

CTC: Up to 3.00 Lakhs per annum.
