Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Windows & VMware Administrator to support and manage the IT infrastructure for the Torrent Pharma project. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, VMware virtualization technologies, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability of enterprise IT environments.
Key Responsibilities

- Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage VMware vSphere, ESXi hosts, vCenter Server, and virtual machine lifecycle activities.
- Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of Windows servers and VMware infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server, virtualization, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and user administration.
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Coordinate with application, network, and security teams for infrastructure support.
- Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and asset records.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and security standards.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities.




- Participate in planned maintenance activities during non-business hours when required.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with Windows Server Administration (2016/2019/2022).
- Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Management.
- Experience with server performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of backup and recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting for servers and storage systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching).
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing tools is preferred.
