Job Summary

GRS Fantasy Park is looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to lead and manage the overall maintenance operations of the park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and operational excellence. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to minimize downtime through effective preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department.
- Manage mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fabrication, and utility maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum equipment availability.
- Ensure prompt resolution of equipment breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
- Plan, execute, and monitor maintenance projects within budget and timelines.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop maintenance team members to enhance productivity and performance.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets while optimizing resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments to maintain a safe working workplace.




- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for maintenance requirements.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in Maintenance Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 - 12 years of maintenance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in amusement parks, hospitality, manufacturing, FMCG, industrial plants, malls, large commercial facilities, or entertainment venues will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 40 years.
