Presentation & AI Content Designer

Create consulting-quality presentations, digital content and visual storytelling for a fast-growing UK-headquartered technology consultancy.

About the Role

This is not a conventional graphic-design role. We are looking for someone who combines expert PowerPoint skills, strong visual judgement, professional business writing and practical use of AI tools.

The successful candidate will transform rough ideas, notes and source materials into polished executive presentations, persuasive visual narratives and professional digital content.

Innoverv is a fast-growing UK-headquartered consulting firm specialising in SAP, enterprise transformation, data, AI and digital change.

We work with senior executives and large organisations across sectors including retail, manufacturing, life sciences and engineering.

Our presentations and content support board-level discussions, major client proposals, transformation programmes, thought-leadership campaigns and executive communications. We are building an in-house creative capability in India to improve the quality, pace and consistency of this work.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with Innovervs leadership and consulting teams to convert rough notes, sketches, voice notes, source materials and emerging ideas into clear, persuasive and visually distinctive content.

You must be comfortable improving both the design and the underlying message, rather than simply formatting slides.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations for CIOs, CFOs, board members and programme leadership teams.
- Convert rough or unstructured content into coherent storylines, executive summaries and well-structured presentations.
- Create consulting-style diagrams, including operating models, roadmaps, process maps, architectures, organisation structures, timelines and transformation journeys.
- Develop visual concepts and reusable slide templates aligned with the Innoverv brand.
- Create graphics, illustrations, icons and other visual assets using appropriate design and AI tools.
- Write and edit professional English content for LinkedIn posts, website pages, case studies, proposals, brochures and thought-leadership materials.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting and design while maintaining quality, accuracy, originality and the appropriate tone.
- Deliver time-sensitive client and leadership requests quickly and reliably, often with limited supervision.
- Maintain organised file structures, version control and confidentiality across client materials.

Essential Skills and Experience

- Expert-level PowerPoint skills and a strong portfolio of original work.




- Excellent written and spoken professional English.
- Strong visual judgement and a disciplined approach to layout, typography and information design.
- Ability to understand complex business concepts and simplify them visually.
- High levels of reliability, responsiveness and attention to detail.
- Comfort working UK business hours and collaborating directly with senior colleagues.

Desirable Skills and Experience

- Experience supporting consulting, technology, skilled-services or executive audiences.
- Exposure to SAP, enterprise technology, business transformation or B2B services.
- Experience producing proposals, pitch decks, board papers or thought-leadership content.
- Working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, Canva or similar tools.
- Basic video, animation or motion-graphics capability.
- Experience working in a digital agency, presentation studio, research unit or strategy-firm support centre.

Academic Qualifications

Candidates should normally hold a recognised bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

Relevant disciplines may include:

- Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or Applied Arts
- Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Marketing or Digital Media
- Business, Economics, Engineering or Technology, supported by an outstanding presentation and content portfolio

A degree alone will not be sufficient. Portfolio quality, English fluency, business understanding, reliability and performance in the practical assessment will carry greater weight.

Preferred Candidate Backgrounds

Strong candidates may come from:

- Digital, branding, web-design or B2B content agencies serving corporate clients
- Presentation-design studios or pitch-deck specialist firms
- Knowledge, research, proposal, graphics or communications teams supporting strategy and management-consulting firms
- Offshore or captive support centres producing executive presentations and reports
- Corporate marketing or communications teams within technology and professional-services organisations
- Independent presentation designers with a strong record of supporting senior executives

Working Pattern

This is a full-time, permanent and remote role based in India.

Working hours will be aligned with UK business hours. In India, this will typically involve an afternoon and evening schedule, which may vary depending on UK daylight-saving time.

Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be required.

Innoverv expects to appoint two or three people to build a dependable internal presentation and content capability.

- An up-to-date CV and current compensation details
- A portfolio of personally created PowerPoint work, which is mandatory
- Two or three original PowerPoint files, rather than only PDFs or screenshots
- Examples of written content, such as LinkedIn posts, website copy, proposals or articles
- Examples of work created or accelerated using AI tools, with a brief explanation of the candidate’s contribution
- A two- to three-minute video introduction in English

Selection Process

1. Initial Screening

Review of the candidate’s CV, portfolio and English-language video introduction.

2. Practical Assessment

A timed exercise covering slide redesign, diagram creation and LinkedIn content development.

3. Interview

Discussion of design choices, working style, business understanding and use of AI tools.

4. Reference Checks

Reference checks focused on reliability, ownership and delivery discipline.

Practical Assessment

Shortlisted candidates will complete a controlled, time-boxed assessment that may include:

- Redesigning five to eight pages from a deliberately rough business presentation
- Turning a one-page brief into a transparent transformation roadmap or operating-model diagram
- Converting a 250–350-word leadership note into a concise LinkedIn post and accompanying visual concept
- Explaining which AI tools were used, what was generated, what was edited and how quality was checked

Candidates will be assessed on their thinking, visual judgement, English, originality, speed and reliability—not simply on how polished their existing portfolio appears.
