Position: Executive/ Officer – Warehouse (Receipt & WH – General Injectable)

- Required Experience : 4 – 8 years
- Qualification: B.Com/ M.Com/ MBA

JOB PROFILE:

- Raw Material and packing Material Dispensing, Handling of Cold Storage Material, Balance Calibration activity, RM/PM Receiving.
- Responsible for receipt of all RM, PM, solvent and consumable material received from vendor as per define procedure.
- Check and record all the details of the materials during receipt as per SOP and if any discrepancy observed, then inform to the HOD.
- Prepare Goods receipt note (GRN) of all receipt material in SAP, Record inward entry in material receipt register.
- Generate, print and affix quarantine label and GRN sent to QC department.




- Co-ordinate with production/packing department for daily dispensing planning of materials to avoid delay in production planning/activity.
- Responsible for timely dispensing of RM, PM, solvent and consumable material as per requirement given by production department.
- To Check the availability of approved RM, PM, solvent and consumable material for dispensing.
- Maintain online documentation related to warehouse activities like log books, checklist, balance verification and daily records.
- Check and verified all activities perform in warehouse department.
- Keeping proper segregation of materials in respective storage area & update the location chart as per storage location.
- To check and maintain the physical stock of all RM, PM, solvent and consumable as per available stock in SAP system.
- To received Finished goods from production area, properly segregate in finished goods store and dispatch the finished goods.
- Generate the report of temperature for walk in cold room and deep freezer, check and monitoring the data during period for excursion.
- Responsible to maintain a safe work environment and ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the equipment, machines and physical location.
- Perform and involve qualification/calibration/validation activities in warehouse such as Process Validation, Cleaning Validation, Equipment / area qualification/validation and system validation etc.
- Handling of QMS documents such as change control,



deviation, CAPA, OOS and OOT.
- Prepare and revise SOP’s as per current practices for system, process, equipment’s and instruments.
- Prepare investigation report, risk assessment and identify rout cause for any deviations.
- Handling of internal audits and regulatory audits, give response and compliances for audit observations.
- Responsible to procure new equipment’s, instruments, and prepare URS for procurement.
- In case of any breakdown occurred, inform to engineering department and resolve the breakdown.
- To follow the cGMP, GDP and GWP while working in area.
- Responsible for do the any work as allocated by supervisor or department head as and when required

Position: Technician – Warehouse (Dispatch)

- Required Experience : 4 – 8 years
- Qualification: B.Com/ ITI

JOB PROFILE:

- Receive finished injectable products from production and verify quantities.
- Perform packing, labeling, palletization, and preparation of dispatch shipments.
- Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems or ERP software.
- Ensure products are stored under required environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).
- Follow GMP (Positive Manufacturing Practices) and safety procedures.
- Conduct material reconciliation and stock verification.
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, and batch-related records.
- Coordinate with logistics, quality assurance, and production departments.
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment.
- Monitor FIFO/FEFO (First In, First Out / First Expire, First Out) practices.
- Report discrepancies, damages or deviations to supervisors.
