Years of Experience: Diploma Mechanical/ Production with minimum 6-years or B.E/B. Tech Mechanical/Production/Industrial/ with minimum 3-years of relevant experience
Primary Responsibilities:

- Cable routing by working with cross functional engineers like Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, etc. using Creo Cable routing module
- Prepare design reviews
- Supports manufacturing by documenting and releasing engineering drawings & BOM using Engineering Change Management
- Provides resolution to design and documentation quality issues, Problem Reports / Supplier Build issue.s.

Mandatory Skills required to performing the job:

- 3+ years experience in Creo Cabling Routing module to route cables using. nwf logical file from Zuken




- Create flattening and1:1 harness drawing in CREO
- Well versed with interpretation of mechanical drawings/specifications and electrical schematics
- Working knowledge in OEM Component selection (connectors, back shells etc.), design standards and BoM (Bill of Material) Management.
- Handling large assembly routing (Power & Control harness)
- Proficiency in Harness routing from DFX, AC/DC isolation, Reliability (use of strain relief etc), Auxiliary components compatibility validations perspective
