Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and develop agents and solutions leveraging technologies such as M365 Copilot, Power Platform Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Utilize connectors and Power Automate to integrate and automate workflows within the M365 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for solution architecture, including security, scalability, and performance considerations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and other team members.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in M365 technologies and Azure AI Foundry to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Technical Skills

- Power Platform development with Power Apps, Power Automate, Data Verse, SharePoint AI Models




- End to End Exp in building agents with Copilot Studio, Topics, gen AI, MCP, multi agent orchestration and fine tuning
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry and developing AI-based solutions
- Solid expertise in Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, embedding models, and text analytics.
- Proficiency in any of one
- Azure Services Python, LangChain, OpenAI SDK, and Azure ML.

- Experience in building, deploying, and managing APIs with Azure Functions, API Management, and Azure Logic Apps.
