About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to drive financial discipline, manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics while working closely with the Founder.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash flow and financial operations
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards
- Track business KPIs, CAC, LTV, and ROI
- Ensure GST, TDS, PF, and audit compliance
- Strengthen financial controls and SOPs
- Support strategic business growth initiatives

Requirements

- 59 years of relevant experience
- Robust expertise in Excel/Google Sheets, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in cash flow management and financial modelling
- Preferred background in SaaS, CPaaS, FinTech, Telecom, or fast-growing startups
