We're looking for a Sr. Team Coach to lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. If you have a proven track record in sales coaching, team leadership, and performance management, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

Coach, mentor, and develop Sales Representatives to achieve performance targets.
Conduct live call monitoring, feedback sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
Drive team productivity, sales conversions, and quality improvements.
Analyze performance metrics and create action plans for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Operations, QA, and Training teams to enhance team performance.
Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and operational goals.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.





What We're Looking For

36 years of experience in BPO, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Sales Operations.
12+ years of experience as a Team Leader, Team Coach, Sales Coach, SME, or Assistant Manager.
Strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and improving sales performance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.
Experience in International Sales or the US Process is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and performance reporting.
