About the Role

The Senior Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Ola Electric scooters with technical accuracy. The role includes guiding junior technicians, ensuring service quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on Ola Electric scooters.
- Conduct routine maintenance, part replacements, and field repairs.
- Handle complex issues related to battery, motor, controller, wiring harness, sensors, and vehicle software.
- Mentor junior technicians and ensure service quality.
- Provide technical support to customers for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain service documentation and reports.
- Coordinate with central technical teams for escalated issues and updates.
- Ensure safety compliance and proper workshop processes.




- Assist in inspections, pre-delivery checks, and service camps.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of EV technology and automotive diagnostics.
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills.
- Leadership skills to guide junior staff.

Qualifications

- Diploma or BE in Automobile Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in two-wheeler service (EV preferred).
- EV service certifications are an advantage.
