Rydex International Marine Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Operator cum Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Ernakulam(Kerala).

In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, ensuring seamless navigation of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. You will be responsible for managing technical compliance, bid participation, and documentation for high-stakes projects within the defense and marine sectors.

Key Responsibilities

GeM Management: Daily monitoring of the GeM portal for relevant RFPs and tenders.

Bid Processing: Preparing and submitting technical compliance statements, EMD documentation, and participation in Reverse Auctions.

Documentation: Precise data entry and management of catalogs, product listings, and tender-related correspondence.

Technical Coordination:



Collaborating with our operations team to ensure all bid documentation aligns with strict naval and government specifications.

Tracking: Keeping an accurate record of bid status, contract awards, and project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in managing the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal is highly preferred.

Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail, specifically with numerical data, technical specs, and procurement guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Technical Proficiency: Robust command of MS Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and report generation.

Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
