We are hiring for the role of Maintenance / Engineering Senior Supervisor (L08) for our Kosi and Channo Plants in India. This is a critical plant leadership role with significant exposure to utilities, engineering systems, and people management.

Position Details

- Role: Maint/Eng Sr Supervisor (L08)
- Plant / Location: Chano / Kosi Plant, India
- Position Number: 448451

Role Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring maintenance excellence, reliability, and optimal functioning of plant utilities. The position requires robust hands-on technical knowledge, system-building capability, and the ability to manage large operational teams in a unionized environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead maintenance and engineering operations for plant utilities.
- Drive maintenance excellence, reliability, and operational optimization.
- Handle end-to-end project execution related to utilities and engineering systems.
- Streamline and structure engineering and maintenance processes.
- Ensure statutory compliance, audits, and governance adherence.
- Own cost control, water management,



and sustainable utility operations.
- Engage with multiple stakeholders and drive governance practices.

Technical & Functional Exposure (Mandatory)

- Utilities management (Cooling systems, Power utilities)
- WWTP operations • WWTP operations: Experience managing industrial wastewater treatment systems ensuring compliance and sustainability.
- • ASRS exposure: Handson or supervisory experience with automated warehouse storage and retrieval systems.
- End-to-end plant maintenance
- Greenfield / Brownfield project exposure (preferred)

People & Labor Management

- Experience in Union handling and participation in negotiations
- Strong working knowledge of labour laws
- Contractor management experience
- Ability to manage and lead a large blue-collar workforce

Team Structure

- Direct reporting: 2 Managers
- Indirect reporting: 2 Assistant Managers & Executives
- Overall team size: ~27 operators
- Coverage includes:
- Cooling
- Power utilities
- Utility centre operations

Experience Requirement

- Strong operational background in plant maintenance & utilities
- Demonstrated ownership mindset for:
- Cost
- Compliance
- Reliability

- Ability to build systems in a relatively new plant setup
