Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the organization's hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
