Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day cash and billing operations at the store.
- Supervise cashiers and ensure accurate billing transactions.
- Handle cash deposits, refunds, exchanges, and reconciliations.
- Ensure timely preparation of cash reports and maintain records.
- Monitor POS systems and resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Support store operations and deliver excellent customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate or Undergraduate with relevant retail experience.
- 25 years of experience in cashiering, billing, or cash handling.
- Experience in retail store operations is preferred.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and work in a fast-paced setting.
