Role & responsibilities

Financial Analytics & Reporting

- Supports the preparation and submission of balance sheet, profit-and-loss and other consolidated statements and financial reports.
- Generate and analyze financial reports. Ontime submission of Financial MIS reports, executive dashboards, and strategic financial summaries for leadership team.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to compare actual performance against targets, identifying key financial drivers, trends, and risk areas.
- Build and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses for major projects, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting tasks and improve the efficiency of financial planning processes.

Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Ensure to maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
- Record all financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards in line with RPM essential key controls.
- Support the effort to ensure that policies and procedures are being adhered to & that all key internal controls are executed and evidenced.




- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Assist in internal and statutory audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely closure of accounts.
- Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients and customers as per contract terms.
- Process vendor payments in a timely manner and maintain payment schedules.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax deductions (TDS, GST, etc.) before processing payments.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations & reporting.
- Experience in a corporate setup or financial services company preferred.
