4. Manage production-grade AWS deployments (Lambda, Glue, Redshift, S3).
5. Drive CI/CD using GitHub Actions, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes.
6. Mentor and lead developers, enforce coding standards and reviews.
7. Implement logging, monitoring (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK).
8. Align development with business goals and estimation accuracy.
9. Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
