Role & responsibilities

1. Supply chain support : to manage new model part samples as per requird quantity and trial plan.

To ensure timely ddelivery of 1st lot after SOP of new model/parts.

2. Capacity support : To ensure new part dvelopment with appropriate cpacity with supplier.To find out the requirements at vendor's end in terms of facilities / equipments / tools / jigs / mapower etc. for the available capacity to support new models as per production requirements.

3.Development of Minor model / Current model items : To control all developement activities from drawing to finish stage.

To ensure the timely implementation of all ECN's.

To carryout the preliminary negotiation with suppliers.

To take care of the quality issues related tothe components.

4.Cost control management: TO ensure detailed cost break up from suppliers for RM actualisation and new parts.

5.Development / Upgradation of suppliers : To develop and upgrade vendorson QCDDM basis (QUality , COst, Delivery, Development and management)

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must be having experience in automotive parts in direct purchase profile.

Candidate with Auto parts experience in direct purchase only apply.
