About the role

We are an Australian food delivery company. We need someone to manage our admin panel and back-office operations. Full training is provided, so freshers can apply but your English must be strong.

What you will do

- Manage the platform admin panel.
- Onboard new restaurants: set up their profile, upload menus, prices and photos
- Upload and update menus in bulk using Excel you must be very good with Excel
- Verify driver documents (licence, ID, insurance) and approve or reject applications
- Handle customer support via chat and phone calls with Australian customers and restaurant owners
- Keep records clean and report issues to the team

What we need

- Excellent spoken and written English — you will chat and call Australian customers. If your English is not strong,

- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (formatting, bulk data, CSV uploads)
- Reliable laptop/computer and rapid, stable internet
- Quiet home workspace for taking calls
- Attention to detail — especially for document verification and menu accuracy
- Willing to work Australian business hours
- Freshers welcome — training provided. Experience with 6amMart, food delivery platforms, or admin panels is a bonus

Salary — what to offer

- Fresher (with training): 10,000–15,000/month
- 1–3 years experience: 20,000–30,000/month
