Position Summary

The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and project controls framework for our organizations projects. This role involves developing master schedules, optimizing resource allocation, tracking project performance against baselines, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate acts as a strategic bridge between site execution teams, upper management, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Schedule Development & Baseline Management

- Develop, maintain, and update integrated Master Project Schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)





2.Progress Monitoring & Performance Reporting

- Track actual progress against the baseline schedule and perform regular variance analyses (Planned vs. Actual).
- Generate comprehensive project controls reports, including Daily/Weekly/Monthly Progress Reports and executive dashboards.

3.Resource & Cost Optimization

- Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams to manage cash flow forecasts and align procurement schedules with construction timelines.

4.Stakeholder Coordination

- Lead regular progress review meetings with internal execution teams, engineering divisions, subcontractors, and clients/consultants.
