Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer enquiries, quotations, order processing, and coordination with production, dispatch, and accounts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Manufacturing-sector experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and purchase orders.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/ERP systems.
- Track order status and provide regular updates to customers.
- Generate invoices and assist in documentation for dispatch.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving departmental goals.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and filing.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and sales performance reports.





Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong MS Excel, Word, and Outlook knowledge.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software is preferred.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in handling B2B customers.
- Knowledge of sales order processing and dispatch coordination.
- Familiarity with GST invoices and commercial documentation.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy in documentation.

2.0 3.5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
