Job Requirements :
- 12-20 years of experience in recruitment management, preferably in an IT services & consulting industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles through effective talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Solid understanding of current trends and best practices in executive search, headhunting, and talent acquisition.
