- Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for two wheeler loan recoveries.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor collection activities, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to resolve queries and concerns related to loan repayment schedules.
- Analyze data reports to track performance metrics such as delinquency rates, write-offs, and recovery ratios.
Job Requirements :
- 2-3 years of experience in agency management or collection management in the banking industry.
- Solid knowledge of debt recovery processes, particularly in two wheeler loans (TW Loan).
- Proven ability to manage teams effectively and achieve targets under pressure.
