Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant channels.
- Create engaging, original, and brand focused content.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content through social media management tools.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
- Track, analyze, and prepare performance reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, etc.).
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.





Skills Required:-

- Excellent content writing and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management.
- Basic graphic designing and video editing skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content optimization.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics is an added advantage.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
