Role & responsibilities :

- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as the primary HR interface for plant leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational effectiveness at the site level.
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Build a positive employee relations climate through proactive grievance handling, communication forums, and engagement activities.
- Ensure harmonious industrial relations with shopfloor employees and contract workforce.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Oversee statutory compliance related to labour laws, factory regulations, and HR policies.
- Ensure timely audits, documentation, and adherence to corporate governance standards.
- Manpower Planning & Resource Optimization




- Forecast manpower requirements in line with production schedules and business growth.
- Optimize workforce utilization, manage contract labour, and ensure costeffective staffing solutions.
- HR Operations & Team Leadership
- Supervise HR operations including payroll, attendance, and workforce administration.
- Mentor and guide two direct reportees, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience : 10+ years in progressive HR roles with exposure to positive HR practices in manufacturing setups.

Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Plant HR Head.

Team Handling : 2 direct reportees .

Working Days: 6 days per week.
