Roles & Responsibilities:

- Recruit and onboard insurance agents, POSP partners, and agency partners.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing agency partners.
- Drive sales of Motor Insurance products (Car Insurance & Two-Wheeler Insurance).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and product awareness programs for agents.
- Motivate and support partners to increase policy sales and renewals.
- Generate leads through agency partners and convert them into policy sales.
- Ensure timely policy issuance, documentation, and customer servicing.
- Resolve partner and customer queries related to motor insurance products.
- Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with internal underwriting, operations, and claims teams for smooth processing.
- Maintain market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Prepare daily sales reports, MIS, and business updates.
