- Ensure maintenance, uptime, and reliability of CNC machines and shop-floor equipment
- Support uninterrupted production through preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines and related equipment
- Diagnose machine issues and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Maintain machine maintenance records, logs, and checklists
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams for maintenance planning
- Monitor machine performance and implement improvement actions
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts and maintenance tools
- Follow safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Support installation, commissioning,
and relocation of machines
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine maintenance (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Understanding of PLC basics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience in troubleshooting and root cause identification
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and practices
- Basic understanding of aerospace/precision manufacturing workplace
Qualification
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in machine maintenance in manufacturing industry
Preferred
- Experience with CNC machines (DMG Mori / similar)
- Exposure to aerospace or precision machining industry
