Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the financial industry.

- Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
