SkySun Organization is looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead our US Outbound Sales team!

Location: Phase 8B, Mohali (Work from Office)
Shift: US Shift
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

What We're Looking For:

25 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO
Experience in US Outbound Sales
B2C sales experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Excellent communication and target-driven approach

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team.
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to maximize team productivity.
