Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for travel and airline projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and operations, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.

- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and management.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the travel and airline industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Experience in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel management software.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the travel industry.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in the travel and airline sector.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
