- Source new customers for Group Loan products through field activities.
- Conduct customer visits and generate business leads.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Ensure timely loan collections and follow-up on overdue accounts.
- Achieve monthly business and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records and submit daily targets.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Qualification : 12th Pass or higher.
- 0-3 Year of experience in Field Sales,Banking,NBFC,Microbanking,Collection or Recovery(Fresher can also apply).
- Good Communication and customer handling skills.
- 100 % Field Based Job Role.
- Two-wheeler Mandatory along with Driving License.
- Immediate Joiners preferred.
