Role & responsibilities

- Obtain business demand for recent product models and repeat orders for mass production.
- Prepare, analyze, approve, and maintain product costing.
- Monitor inventory levels and publish Excess & Obsolete (E&O;) inventory reports for customers.
- Manage accounts receivable and track overdue payments.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between customers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Obtain customer purchase orders, create sales orders in the ERP system, and manage delivery demand.
- Raise Purchase Requests for shortage materials and coordinate with the material planning team.
- Monitor Quality Control (QC) holds on incoming materials and coordinate with procurement for replacements.
- Provide customers with regular updates on production status and delivery schedules.
- Communicate customer priorities to the PPC team for effective material planning and kit availability.
- Prepare invoice and courier requests for finished goods dispatch.




- Enter new purchase orders into the ERP system and track shipments until PO closure.
- Monitor production output against targets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous process improvements.
- Follow up with customers for technical inputs, artwork approvals, and other engineering requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong understanding of manufacturing program management in the electronics industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and sales order management.
- Experience in production planning, inventory management, and customer coordination.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility

- Experience: 3-8 years
- Education: B.Tech in Electronics (Mandatory)
