Monitor, troubleshoot, and provide first-level support for LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet connectivity, routers, switches, and wireless networks to ensure uninterrupted network operations.
* Support firewall infrastructure (Palo Alto & SonicWall), network security, and resolve basic connectivity and access-related issues.
* Provide L1 support for EPBX/IP Telephony systems, including extension management, call routing, voicemail, and handset troubleshooting.
* Resolve end-user network issues related to desktops, laptops, Wi-Fi, VPN, email, printers, and other IT infrastructure services while maintaining SLA compliance.
* Coordinate with ISPs for network-related incidents, maintain ITSM tickets, update network documentation, and ensure adherence to IT security and compliance standards.
* Collaborate with senior network engineers for issue escalation, infrastructure maintenance, and continuous improvement of network performance.
