Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on railways projects.
- Develop and implement effective safety management systems (SMS) for railway operations.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and address safety concerns during construction phases.
- Provide training sessions for employees on safety procedures and best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in EHS (Environment Health Safety) or related field, preferably from Railways background.
- Diploma holder in Any Specialization; NEBOSH certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of IRC SP6 & IR Code of Practice for Road/Railway Projects; familiarity with ISO 45001:2018 OHSAS 18001:2007 standards an added advantage.
