Job Title: Pricing Manager Freight Forwarding (Export & Import)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Manager in the freight forwarding industry to handle pricing strategies for export and import shipments. The role involves coordinating with shipping lines, airlines, vendors, and internal teams to provide competitive and accurate freight quotations while ensuring profitability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end pricing for ocean & air freight (Export & Import)
- Negotiate rates with major shipping lines like Maersk, MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, Hapag, and CMA CGM
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, co-loaders, and agents
- Prepare accurate freight quotations, RFQs, and tenders
- Monitor market trends, rate fluctuations, and competitor pricing
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams
- Ensure timely responses to customer and overseas agent inquiries
- Maintain pricing database and update rate sheets regularly
- Optimize cost structures to improve margins
- Handle special cargo pricing (ODC, hazardous, project cargo if required)




- Support key account management with customized pricing solutions

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in freight forwarding pricing
- Strong knowledge of EXIM (Export/Import) operations
- Experience in handling FCL, LCL, Air freight pricing
- Good network with shipping lines, airlines, and NVOCCs
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and freight software systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any field (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred)
- Certification in Logistics/Shipping (added advantage)

- Experience working with reputed freight forwarders / NVOCCs
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Robust commercial understanding and decision-making ability
