Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Engineers to join our International Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic technical troubleshooting knowledge, and experience in handling international customer queries over voice calls.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers via voice calls.




- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, email, and application-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues within the defined SLA.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
