Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source high-quality products at competitive prices.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute purchase orders to meet business requirements on time.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve optimal cost savings without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in buying or procurement role in the petrochemical industry.
- Robust understanding of buyer activities such as purchase planning, price negotiation, and vendor development.
- Proven track record of successful strategic purchasing initiatives that drive cost savings without sacrificing quality.
