Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Safety Head to lead and manage the safety operations across our organization, ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining safety policies, monitoring safety performance, and implementing best practices in line with industry standards.

- Safety Practices & Compliance:
Ensure implementation and adherence to the best safety practices, including Daily Work Management (DWM) and Contractor Safety Management (BPSM/ CSM) systems.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Produce and maintain regular safety reports, incident statistics, and safety performance data to monitor and enhance safety measures.
- Toolbox Talks (TBT) & Safety Oversight:
Lead and monitor daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) and oversee all safety-related activities across the site, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Training & Awareness:
Conduct training programs on safety practices,



including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, Protected Driving and Vehicles Traffic Safety (SDVTS), 5S methodology, and Material Handling (MH) etc.
- Incident Reporting, Sharing & Closure:
Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and ensure timely closure of all safety-related incidents and corrective actions are taken.
- Key Skills:
Strong leadership in safety management, proficiency in safety compliance, excellent communication skills for training and incident management, and a proactive approach to safety culture improvement.

Required candidate profile/ Eligibility Criteria:

Safety Head (Factory- SCM Auto./ Steel) - B. Tech with 5-10 years/ Diploma Engg. with 10-15 years of experience & Certified Safety Course (PGDM in Safety/ ADIS) from recognized institute or Tata Steel Institute Training Certified.
