We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and banking coordination activities. The role involves working closely with solar installation partners, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of vendor documentation, loan applications, compliance requirements, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Key Resposibilities:

- Coordinate the onboarding of solar vendors and ensure all required documentation is collected and verified.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, KYC documents, licenses, and compliance-related paperwork.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to facilitate loan processing and financing-related requirements.
- Track application statuses and follow up with vendors and banking partners to ensure timely completion of processes.
- Verify documentation for completeness and compliance before submission.
- Manage operational databases, reports, and MIS records.
- Coordinate with sales, finance,



and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify documentation bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, documentation, banking coordination, loan processing, or vendor management.
- Familiarity with KYC procedures, financial documentation, and banking processes is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and document verification skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with banks, NBFCs, or financial service providers.
- Knowledge of solar industry operations and financing processes.
