About the Role:
We re building a network of high-performing, engaged garage partners under the model. The Garage Engagement Manager will be the single point of ownership for how partners experience the brand from day-to-day communication and campaign rollouts to structured engagement calendars, performance recognition, and on-ground branding and merchandising. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of partner relations, brand, and operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Partner Communication Ownership
• Own end-to-end communication with garage partners set up and manage dedicated channels (WhatsApp groups, broadcast lists, community forums) for city/cluster-level outreach.
• Act as the consistent, trusted voice of GoMechanic to partners — ensuring messaging is timely, explicit, and on-brand across English, Hindi and Regional Language.
• Build a communication calendar and escalation-free channel hygiene (naming conventions, admin controls, spam management).
2. Brand Campaigns & Rollouts
• Plan and execute brand campaigns, feature launches, and process rollouts (e.g., pricing updates, new tools, new network initiatives) to the partner base.
• Create rollout collateral — posters, creatives, explainer videos/PDFs — in coordination with design/marketing.
• Track rollout adoption and feedback, and course-correct messaging based on ground response.
3. Engagement Planning (Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly)
• Design and run a structured engagement calendar — monthly touchpoints, quarterly partner meets, and an annual flagship event (e.g., partner awards/summit).
• Coordinate logistics, content, and follow-ups for all engagement activities, working closely with field and network teams.
• Continuously evolve the engagement calendar based on partner tenure, performance tier, and seasonality.
4. Recognition, Scorecards & Stickiness
• Own the Flash Leaderboard — publish periodic rankings that recognize top-performing garages.
• Generate and share individual partner scorecards (GMV, orders, AOV, quality metrics) benchmarked against network/cluster averages.
• Design stickiness programs (loyalty milestones, tenure recognition, referral incentives) to reduce partner churn and deepen platform commitment.
5. Partner NPS
• Own the partner NPS process end-to-end — survey design, distribution cadence, response collection, and analysis.
• Identify drivers of detractor scores and work cross-functionally (ops, finance, supply) to close loops on recurring issues.
• Publish NPS trends and insights to leadership, with clear action plans for improvement.
6. Stock, Goodies & On-Ground Branding
• Plan and track stock refill cycles for branding material, uniforms, and partner goodies across garages.
• Manage vendor coordination and budgets for merchandise, signage, and branding collateral.
• Ensure consistent on-ground brand presentation (signage, uniforms, in-garage branding) across all partner locations.
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of experience in partner engagement, channel management, field operations, or brand/marketing execution — auto, retail, or services aggregator background preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is a plus); comfortable creating partner-facing content.
• Data comfort — able to work with Excel/Sheets to build and interpret scorecards and NPS dashboards.
• Project management mindset — can independently plan a calendar of activities and drive them to closure.
• High ownership and willingness to travel within the city to be close to the garage network. Success Metrics (First 6 Months)
• Structured communication channels live and active across 100% of the garage network.
• Monthly engagement calendar running on schedule; at least one quarterly partner meet executed.
• Scorecards and Flash Leaderboard published on a consistent monthly cadence.
• Baseline partner NPS established, with a documented improvement plan.
• Zero stock-out incidents on branding/goodies material across active garages.
