Job Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift Timings: 24x7 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Saturday and Sunday Fixed Off)

Transportation: Both-side Cab Facility Available

Compensation: Up to 6.5 LPA (30% Hike on last drawn)

Job Description:

Hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused French Language Specialists to join its growing team in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer interactions in French and English while ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 6 to 18 months of relevant work experience
- Minimum B2 level French Certification is mandatory
- Positive communication skills in both French and English
- Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts
- Willing to work from office in Gurugram
- Experience in Voice Process Customer Support
