Senior Manager, Intelligent Automation

What this job involves:

- Have experience in deploying Automation, primarily RPA technologies, but also other low code/no code technologies from an opportunity identification/solution design perspective

- Have experience in deploying Generative AI and AI tools (e.g. GPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) leading the discovery and identification of automation opportunities enabled by these technologies, and driving the design, build and deployment of such solutions end to end

- Be accountable for the identification of business opportunities to automate using low code/no code technology

- Be accountable for overseeing the development of RPA solutions (including building internal capability and/or partnering with a vendor to bring on board best in class automation/RPA build capability) in JBS

- Support the identification of the over-arching framework to deliver RPA from inception to maintenance and ongoing monitoring of RPA digital worker performance

- Work closely with technology to embed a holistic Automation SDLC that integrates and operates effectively with technology infrastructure requirements

- Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross functional leaders and project team members

- Lead project teams in support of different project workstreams, and manage overall project activities, plans, and schedules associated with deliverables and milestones

- Be accountable for delivering agreed internal client benefits

- Coach and guide project team members where necessary

- Work with the relevant business area in helping to identifying other areas of transformation opportunity within the same project or business area

- Utilize project management disciplines and where necessary provide input to improve the processes and documents within project management systems

- Drive a culture of process re-engineering into automation solution design

- Model and develop robotic process to reduce manual processes and improve employee productivity

- Implement best practices to reduce complexity, improve scalability, reusability, security and increase efficiency through standardisation

- Provide support in performing QA testing and supporting User Acceptance Testing as needed whilst establishing the broader capability

- Ensure high quality project management with robust governance and regular report out to achieve all defined outcomes within defined timeframe,



monitor and report on actual savings achieved from the key projects and validate benefit with visible financial or capacity impact, manage close timelines and communicate on a timely basis if deadlines slip, interact with the Business teams and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, manage multiple stakeholders and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the relevant process

The Candidate

The successful candidate will combine the ability to lead multiple teams/workstreams with project management skills and prior experience delivering the benefits of transformational change

The candidate needs a demonstrable and highly commercial mind-set, robust financial acumen in addition to excellent listening and communication skills. A logical, structured approach to problem solving and common sense are key.

Experience

- Extensive professional experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or with a firm with a well established transformation agenda

- Previous roles include Program Delivery responsibility in a global company with similar size to JLL

- Direct experience of major international business transformation projects

- Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential

- Experience of working across multiple jurisdictions to identify opportunities for migrations/location strategy rightsizing

- Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company PL

- Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere

- Understanding of or exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential

- Ability to effectively design, gain alignment and successfully execute significant transformation change initiatives from project start to finish

- Significant experience of RPA technologies ideally Automation Anywhere but other technologies acceptable

- Ability to training / transfer learning and skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Numerate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel





- Needs to demonstrate significant credibility in having previously delivered Automation identification/strategy/design and implementation programmes

Technical Skills

- Identify opportunities for standardisation, improvement, automation or relocation of processes

- To own, contribute and deliver project tasks / activities as required to deliver project outcomes on the ground

- Work with stakeholders to ensure understanding and support for proposed solutions

- Collaborate with other Divisions, senior leaders and support functions (often across different geographies) to maximise benefit realisation

- Automation experience; SDLC implementation experience

- Building a central capability to deploy Automation at scale and quality
